个人简介:
陈家顺,博士,九三学社社员,硕士研究生导师,福建省科技特派员,主要从事单胃动物营养代谢和肉品质调控的研究。以植物提取物、功能性氨基酸及其代谢产物作为技术核心,研究营养素调控仔猪生长发育的机制,研发无抗生素以及低氧化锌的绿色功能性饲料添加剂产品。主持了湖南省财政厅专项和中国科学院亚热带农业生态过程重点实验室开放基金项目,参与完成了国家自然科学基金项目和国家973课题等多项国家级课题。目前在《Aquaculture》、《Animal Feed Science and Technology》、《Journal of Animal Physiology and Animal Nutrition》、《Frontiers in Microbiology》、《Amino acids》、《Animal Science Journal》、《Poultry Science》、《动物营养学报》等国内外刊物上发表论文30余篇。其中以第一作者(并列第一作者)或通讯作者发表SCI论文14篇和CSCD 论文5篇,参与授权国家发明专利2项, 参编著作1部。担任Frontiers in Physiology, Frontiers in Nutrition, Animal Nutrition、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Food Biochemistry等杂志审稿人。
